Prices Our prices advertised in the brochure are designed as guide prices whilst enabling you to take advantage of any up-to-the-minute deals and special offers. Basic holiday prices advertised are based on the lowest price type of accommodation in any hotel or apartment and the lowest cost flight where applicable supplements are payable for accommodation with additional facilities andor usually other flights depending on the day of the week time of departure and airport involved. These supplements are shown in each accommodation price panel or on the relevant flight information panel. We reserve the right to change flight supplements from time to time. Supplements can go up and down. Please check the up-to-date supplement for your chosen holiday with your travel agent before you book. Not all hotels and apartments are necessarily available on every flight featured to the relevant destination. Advertised apartment prices are based on the maximum adult ie. full-fare paying passenger occupancy and supplements for adult occupancies below the maximum are shown. Children do NOT count towards adult occupancy in apartments. Due to the complexity of apartment pricing occasions may arise where the total price for a booking including 1 or more children is higher than the total price for the same booking in which all passengers are charged as adults. In such cases the lower of the two total prices is available on request. Our prices include extra aviation insurance and a security levy which have been imposed on airlines and tour operators following the world events of September 2001. These charges may change between the date of publication of this brochure and the time of travel. Since these costs are beyond our control we reserve the right to pass on any additional charges to you at the time of booking. Your travel agent will tell you about any extra charges and they will be included within your holiday costing. Therefore you must check carefully the total costings including these extra charges with your agent before you book. Occasionally pricing errors may occur we reserve the right to correct these at any time prior to the price being confirmed at the time of booking. Deposits A deposit of 130 per person must be paid when you book your holiday with Freedom Travel Holidays except for children under 2 years of age on day of return. Single Supplements Why single travellers are asked to pay more if a single person occupies a double room they will usually be asked to pay extra e.g. asingle or sole occupancy supplement as hotels price their rooms as doubles or family rooms and dont reduce the rate if it is occupied by a single person. The costs to the hotel of providing the room are the same regardless of how many people occupy it. This also applies to self-catering units for example 3 people in accommodation priced for 4. Why single rooms may be smaller Hotel design sometimes means that single rooms are smaller and less well appointed. Although a supplement normally applies to these rooms the overall cost is usually less than sole occupancy of a double room. We dont make additional profits from these supplements as the prices we charge reflect the cost we are charged by the hotel for under occupancy. Exchange Rates Prices are based on the following exchange rates Euro 1.25. These rates are as quoted in the Financial TimesGuide to World Currencieson Tuesday 23rd August 2015. Families Freedom Travel Holidays caters for all types and sizes of families and the number of people adults andor children is indicated in the property description and price panel. In the majority of cases child prices and reductions apply to children or teenagers up to and including the age of 16 in apartments and 12 in hotels although this can sometimes vary. Where this is the case we have indicated the applicable child age on individual descriptions. FREE Child Places Freedom Travel Holidays is pleased to offer free child prices so families get a great deal. Our free places mean children accommodation is free as they pay only flight and transfer supplements unless otherwise stated. Additional room or board supplements are payable however a deposit is also payable for each free child which will be deducted from the final holiday balance. FREE Kids Countdown None of our incredible free kids offers will last forever so to avoid disappointment we recommend you book as early as possible. Kids Rulebook Free child places and child prices only apply where children share an apartment or hotel room with at least 2 people paying the full adult price maximum of 5 children in apartments Free child places are not available when sharing with only one full fare-paying passenger e.g. One adult family offers In this case children pay the child price advertised in the price panel.
